Our project will consist of building 220 acres of high-tech greenhouses over the next 24 months all under the joined roof into ten 10-acre blocks plus an additional 220 acres of organic vertical field production in a flat roof-covered structure. Our state-of-the-art warehouse will be 91,000 square feet plus an additional 18,000 square feet of corporate offices.

Our high-tech greenhouse is the only type of greenhouse in the world that is perfect for the growing environment in Jamaica with its high humidity.
The entire facility will be powered by the sun with over 2.0-2.5 Mega Watts of solar power, keeping the environment clean.

Cooling House Effect
These high-tech greenhouses have withstood several hurricanes, typhoons, and tropical storms across the world and have never lost a greenhouse structure in any of these storms. It has the ability to withstand up to a Category 5 hurricane when opened and a Category 2 when closed.

Our high-tech Greenhouses will lower the inside temperature as low as 7 degrees Celcius, creating a cooling effect different from the high outside temperature to create a perfect growing environment that will reduce plant stress and produce healthier and higher crop production

Our greenhouse will maximize its production by utilizing the vertical growing techniques for our strawberries and lettuce, and thus increase the growing capacity by eight plus times the current growth area. This will increase production and decrease work area. a one-acre area can produce over 8 acres ver production
